Step into a turnkey coaching business.

You teach kids to ride bikes. We handle everything else — booking, payments, parent communication, marketing, and the tech. Your initiation package covers the training and tools you need to be teaching within two weeks.

• Coaches App access — your calendar, student rosters, scheduling, payment tracking
• Coach contract + operations guide — the playbook we wish we'd had on day one
• Insurance setup guidance — we'll walk you through the ~$200/year general liability policy (separate cost)

• Direct line to the L2R team — questions answered, problems solved, fast

What happens after you pay

1. We email you within 24 hours to schedule your onboarding call
2. Walk through the system together on the call
3. Attend a live training workshop — hands-on, real kids, no theory
4. Book your first workshops in the app and start earning

The math

A full group workshop (5 kids) pays you $250. Most new coaches recoup the $995 in their first four workshops — about two weeks of part-time work. After that, every workshop is pure earnings.

Why we charge an initiation fee

It filters for committed coaches and covers training time + materials. Coaches who pay show up, follow through, and build real income — that's better for kids, parents, and you.
