Workshop Policies
We’re so excited to help your child learn to ride! To make sure every session runs smoothly and safely, we’ve outlined a few important policies below. These cover things like cancellations, rescheduling, and what happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate. Please take a moment to read through — it helps us create the best possible experience for your family and others.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens — and sometimes plans change. Here’s how we handle cancellations and rescheduling at Learn2Ride:
🕒 Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel your session.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund or free reschedule.
🔄 Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session one time at no charge, as long as it’s done with at least 24 hours' notice.

If you need to reschedule a second time, a $25 rebooking fee will apply.

This helps us keep things fair for our instructors and other families looking to book.
🚫 No-Shows

If you miss your session and do not contact us in advance, the session will be forfeited with no refund or reschedule option.
Weather Policy
We do our best to ride! But in the case of unsafe weather (lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, extreme heat), your coach will reach out with a plan to either delay or reschedule the session.
🌦 What to Expect:

If weather may impact your session, your coach will email you with a plan on the morning of the workshop (or sooner if possible).

Our first priority is to reschedule the full group to a new Learn2Ride workshop. This keeps kids progressing together and ensures the best learning experience.

If you're unable to attend the new group date or time, you may choose from available spots in other upcoming workshops.
We appreciate your flexibility — weather can be tricky, but our goal is always to provide a safe and successful Learn2Ride experience!
