FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Carmel, Indiana – September 11, 2024 – Learn2Ride, the innovative program that teaches children how to ride a bike in just two hours, is thrilled to announce the launch of its brand-new website: www.learn2ride.bike. This exciting milestone comes as the program continues to expand, offering children across the country the opportunity to learn the life-changing skill of riding on two wheels.
Alongside the website launch, Learn2Ride is proud to introduce its first two certified instructors, Charles Neisius and Sierra Rork, both based in Indiana. Charles and Sierra bring an impressive wealth of experience working with children and are ready to begin teaching Learn2Ride’s signature 4-step process. Their first workshops are already scheduled for September 28th and October 5th.
Charles Neisius, a seasoned youth wrestling coach and founder of a family-focused personal training company, shared his enthusiasm about becoming a Learn2Ride instructor: "We love making an impact on families and children. Our goal is to incorporate fitness throughout every generation of a family, and this allows us to branch more into youth-specific work."
Charles is no stranger to managing group dynamics with children and understands the importance of clear communication, incorporating visual elements, and using frequent rewards to boost engagement in young learners.
Sierra Rork comes with an extensive background as a Kids Leader at Lifetime Fitness, where she led programming and classes for children ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. Sierra said: "I love making games throughout the class to make it more engaging and fun for them. Teaching kids new skills is something I’m passionate about, and I’m thrilled to join the Learn2Ride team!"
Matt Tanner, Founder of Learn2Ride, expressed his confidence in the two new instructors: "Charles and Sierra are incredibly well-qualified to be our first Learn2Ride instructors. They’ve assisted in past workshops and fully understand our 4-step process. I have no doubt their passion and experience will make them highly successful in coaching many children through our program."
As the program gains momentum, Learn2Ride will also be leading workshops in Clearwater, Florida over the winter, with plans to build awareness nationwide.
Looking ahead to 2025, the program has ambitious plans for expansion across the United States, and recruitment for additional instructors is already underway. With two more assistants currently going through the application process, the company anticipates even more growth in the months ahead.
Learn2Ride invites local businesses, schools, and community organizations to partner with the program as sponsors or host workshop sites.
