2 of 3 — Today's review · LIVE SETUP

Coach admin walkthrough

The Learn2Ride Coaches App is your hub. We'll set it up on your device right now — by the time this slide is over, you should have it working.

★ Where it lives

www.learn2ride.us/coaches

First-time sign-in walks through 5 consent screens including a Google "unverified app" warning — that's expected.

★ Four tabs

★ Calendar ★ List ★ Pending + Workshop

★ What each tab does

  • Calendar — month grid + selected day's workshops & students
  • List — all your students filterable by date, with quick-report access
  • Pending — workshops you've submitted that are awaiting admin approval
  • + Workshop — submit a new workshop request
  • Move-to-another-workshop (inside any student card) — used when a parent reschedules per the published policy; not a discretionary tool

★ LIVE NOW: pull up the app, sign in, submit a test workshop dated 2027, watch admin approve it, then delete.

3 of 3 — Today's review

The SOP doc

Full Standard Operating Procedures doc is in your welcome email. Here's what's in it.

★ The Learn2Ride method ★ Equipment + safety ★ Child psychology ★ Workshop logistics ★ Reporting ★ Marketing ★ Resources (Amazon links)

★ The 4-step method

  1. The Flamingo — feel the lean
  2. The Frog Hop — propel forward
  3. Glide 15 — 15-second glide
  4. Find Your Pedals — pedal independently

89% success rate when followed in order.

★ Highest-leverage tip

Bring 2–3 spare bikes to every workshop. Sizing flexibility = higher success rate.

If a kid's bike is too big or too small, swap it. Don't make them struggle with bad fit.

★ Read the manual end-to-end before your first workshop. Re-skim sections 4–6 the night before each session.
